Asperto.Net can provide Web Based Networks for your organisation.

Asperto.net supplies Online Services to allow organisations of all sizes from small to large to move up from the office network and intranet - to an on-line web-based network.

Asperto.Net Internetworking provides Internet-Based control of your organisation’s business, and allows users to share membership status between your organisation and a parent organisation.

For example, a sports club, a regional grouping of clubs, a national governing body can share membership data, and this can be checked too by a parallel organisation such as a National Coaches register. 

What is an Internetwork?

         An internetwork is like an office network, but as the server file system is hosted on a webserver, 
people can work from any internet point.  You are in Italy skiing for a month? You log in from a hotspot just the same as if you were at home, or in the office.

Advantages:     

It's Non Technical -
The underlying infrastructure handles the difficult jobs.  The complexity is hidden from the user.  No one, not even the administrators need touch any code.
The Storage; Navigation; Presentation are all completely separate and can be worked on by different people with nothing more than a standard browser like MS Internet Explorer.

Admins and Members can log in anywhere there is a browser connected to the Internet.  The database is accessible by password access by admins any location.

Content Management:

Business Modules on each page allow uploading of words and pictures by any authorised person, from anywhere, at any time.  (e.g. Results and reports). Viewable content can be prepared in advance and scheduled for publication.  Content can be made visible to some or all members depending on what roles they are a member of.

Membership Management:

Your members administer their own details and profile. (Less Admin by volunteers).  Your members have their own validated email address.

Relationship Management:

Direct Secure service on an individual basis to every one of your members. (Currently impossible without an internetwork)

Billing Management:

The Private Internetwork is linked to the bank account, permitting automatic payments and project funding management and accounting. (Saves volunteer cheque processing and reporting)

Open and Accountable:

The system can be made to be appropriately self-reporting to any authorised auditor, or to a member.  (Saves reporting and meeting-time)

Automatic Revenue Generation:

Auto Click-Thru and referrals payments. (Generates new money)

Roles-Based Admin:

Users are granted membership of roles.  Logging in as a member of a role grants permission to view or admin content.  (Allows a massive total effort by distributed membership).
